These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website flautony.com (the "Site") and the services provided by Frontline Automotive ("we," "us," or "our"), located at 1903 Broadway, Brooklyn, NY. By using our Site or requesting our services, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the Site

You may use our Site to learn about our services, request estimates, and contact us. You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the Site.

Estimates

Estimates provided through the Site, by phone, or in person are based on the information and photos available at the time and are subject to change once your vehicle is physically inspected. Additional damage discovered during the repair process will be documented and communicated to you, and where applicable, submitted to your insurance carrier as a supplement, before any additional work is performed without your approval.

Repair Services

By authorizing repair work, you agree to our final estimate (including any approved supplements) and to the payment terms outlined at the time of service. We will make reasonable efforts to complete repairs within the estimated timeframe, but timelines may be affected by parts availability, insurance approval delays, or the extent of damage discovered during repair.

Insurance Claims

If you authorize us to communicate with your insurance carrier on your behalf, you confirm that you have the authority to do so and that the information you provide about your policy and claim is accurate. You acknowledge that final claim decisions, including coverage and payout amounts, are made by your insurance carrier and are outside our control. You have the legal right to choose Frontline Automotive as your repair facility regardless of any shop recommended by your insurer.

Payment

Payment for services, including any insurance deductible, is due at the time of vehicle pickup unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, cash, and offer financing options as available. We reserve the right to retain possession of a vehicle until payment is received in full.

Warranty

Repairs are covered under our Limited Lifetime Warranty on workmanship and paint, for as long as you own the vehicle, as described on our FAQ and Services pages. This warranty covers our craftsmanship only; it does not cover damage caused by subsequent accidents, normal wear and tear, or manufacturer part defects, which remain subject to the original manufacturer's warranty terms.

Loaner Vehicles and Rental Coordination

Loaner vehicles are provided subject to availability and may require a separate agreement, including proof of insurance and a valid driver's license. Rental car coordination is provided as a convenience and is subject to the rental agency's own terms and conditions, which are not controlled by us.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frontline Automotive is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Site or services, including delays caused by parts availability, insurance processing, or third-party vendors. Our total liability for any claim related to repair services is limited to the amount paid for the specific repair in question.

Vehicles Left on Premises

We are not responsible for personal belongings left in a vehicle during repair. Vehicles not picked up within a reasonable time after completion notice may be subject to storage fees, as permitted by applicable law.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Frontline Automotive and may not be copied or used without our permission.

Third-Party Links

Our Site may link to third-party websites, including insurance carriers and review platforms. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third-party sites.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved in the courts located in Kings County, New York.
